General Privacy Policy for the apps
Last updated: 01/10/2026This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the original and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
We value the transparency and privacy of our users. This policy describes in general terms how our applications and services handle information. For the kuxarstudio.com website, see the site privacy policy.
1. Applications and specific policies
Each of our applications has different features and its own detailed policy:
- Kaku!: view privacy policy
- BlindNote: view privacy policy
2. Information collection and third-party services
In our applications we use Google Firebase services. Depending on the app, these services may collect anonymous technical data:
- Analytics and performance: we use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand errors and improve stability.
- Advertising: we use Google AdMob to show ads, which may use advertising identifiers from your device.
- Cloud storage: applications such as Kaku! use Google Firestore to securely sync your progress.
3. Personal data
It depends on each app:
- Kaku! processes your email address (through Google Sign-In) and your progress (completed characters, streaks and statistics), linked to your account, to sync your progress across devices. The data is stored in Google Firestore. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
- BlindNote does not collect or store personally identifiable information (such as emails or names) on our servers. The third-party services it uses (Spotify, AdMob, Firebase Analytics) may process technical identifiers under their own policies.
In both apps, usage statistics and crash reports are associated with pseudonymised installation identifiers. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Security
We apply industry-standard security measures and Android’s native APIs to ensure that data stored locally or in Firestore remains protected.
