These terms govern the use of kuxarstudio.com, owned by Kuxar Studio, a team of three independent developers (admin@kuxarstudio.com). By browsing the site you accept these conditions.

Simply using this website implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue browsing.

2. What Kuxar Studio is

Kuxar Studio is an independent software studio that develops games, learning apps, tools and software for businesses. This site works as a portfolio, devlog and hub for downloads and links; it requires no registration or user account.

3. Third-party links and content

The website links to external platforms to download or view projects (Google Play, App Store, Steam, GitHub, among others). Once you leave kuxarstudio.com, the terms and privacy policies of those platforms apply, over which Kuxar Studio has no control or responsibility.

4. Intellectual property

The code, design, brand, texts and images of kuxarstudio.com are the property of Kuxar Studio, unless otherwise stated. The repositories published at github.com/KuxarStudio may have their own open-source licence, which prevails over these terms for that specific repository.

5. Software in development — no warranties

Several projects shown on this site are in active development or close to launch (for example, Nadir: Protocol 1-Star and BlindNote, the latter at a still very early stage). The content, features, screenshots and dates shown are indicative and may change without notice. Tools and applications are provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability or of being error-free.

6. Permitted use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, and not to carry out mass data extraction (scraping) that affects the operation of the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Within the limits allowed by Spanish law, Kuxar Studio will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the site, from the inability to access it, or from the use of apps, games or tools downloaded through the links on the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date of the latest update always appears in the header of this page; continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond under Spanish consumer protection rules, if applicable.
