Kaku! data deletion request
We are sorry to see you go, but we fully respect your privacy and your control over your data.
What is deleted
Warning: this action is irreversible. When you delete your Kaku! account, the following will be permanently erased:
- Your Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji progress.
- Your statistics and daily streak.
- The suggestions you sent with your account.
- The data linked to your Kaku! account in Firebase (authentication and Firestore).
- Your link to the Sensei Pass (if you had purchased it).
- Your customer record at RevenueCat, the provider that manages in-app purchases: we will also ask them to delete it.
What may be retained
- The Google Play order record (payments and refunds). Google keeps it for its own legal and tax obligations, and we do not control it.
Kuxar Studio does not issue invoices or store payment data: purchases are handled by Google Play.
